Speedpainting practice in Photoshop, referenced from a photograph. Done in less than two hours.
For the first time, I’ll be doing a full month of ink drawings for #Inktober! I’m challenging myself to draw one ink drawing every day for 31 days. Six days have passed since the beginning of the month, so I’ve got six drawings so far!
To start things off, here’s a simple spider-like creature.
I was thinking of an old wizard when I drew this one. It looks more like your run-of-the-mill hillbilly, though!
The last two were drawn purely from imagination, but I used a photograph for reference to make this one. It’s all part of the learning process.
A friend of mine thinks this is Christopher Reeve as Superman, but I’ve never even seen the old movies!
After drawing Superman, it’d feel strange not to draw Batman as well, right?
Wait, what’s this!? I think we’ve gone off the rail here…
Six drawings so far, sourced from my sketchbook. I’m planning on making some stand-alone drawings before the month is over.
Do they even make “I Love L.A.” shirts?…. They do!? That’s our thing!
Here it is: The final logo design! I added an “S” to the center of the pinwheel.
Second round of logo designs for Silversons Realty LLC. The client requested a more abstract design, closer to a pinwheel than a windmill.
These are the first drafts of a logo design for Silversons Realty, LLC. The client requested a windmill or “windmill-like” design, so I designed both.
Some practice patterns done in illustrator.
